Karen is a self-employed artist, following her dream of creation through various media. At times she considers going back to school to become a teacher. Her hobbies include reading, writing, CGI and traditional art media, photography, leatherworking, and the art of chainmail weaving. She plays World of Warcraft with her husband and shares her home with two dogs, three cats, and a large fishtank which includes a featherfin synodontis named Alderon. Recently joining her household are two fiddler crabs and a dwarf pufferfish saltwater aquarium.
